Recognize Starbucks for the impact they’ve had on all our lives. 

Looking at what they’ve done, we realized there is a space missing in the hotel restaurant that can be filled by a Starbucks experience without the cost and snobbery. 

Everyone drinks coffee, but odds are most of those coffee drinkers would like something more.  We’ve stepped in with our Espresso Bar.  Gourmet coffees, fresh baked pastries, and the experience.  What the Mondo Mocha Cafe Espresso Bar accomplishes from a guest’s point of view, is the feeling of “Wow, it’s not just Folgers in a styrofoam cup.  This is real coffee.” 

Then that guest can sit in our incredible oversized stuffed chairs in our lobby, look at the Virtual Art on the wall, surf the internet on our free WiFi and come to the realization that they are doing this at a hotel. 

So while we can’t all be Starbucks, we can tip our cap to them and say this is how WE do it.
